Sunny Auckland

The first leg of my journey – Melbourne -> Auckland was mostly a blur due to only having gotten two hours sleep. 2.30am as a wake up time is uncivilised in any ones language…
Most worthy of note for this flight was the high-tech entertainment units with individual touch screens offering a range of very recent release movies, complete with USB port. Go Qantas!

Also at the airport was a welcoming committee made up of some of my Pitcairn family. A perfect way to catch up on the latest gossip and kill those couple of hours before the next flight.
